Pilates
One of the newest and hottest classes available. These 1 hour sessions will help you to develop core stability and strength, plus proper body alignment. It does this through a series of exercises performed on a mat, based on the regimen designed by Joseph Pilates. This class is designed to improve flexibility, coordination, and posture, as well as increase awareness of proper body alignment and breathing. It is also designed to strengthen abdominal, leg, back and gluteus maximas muscles.
