Amerifit is proud to offer two separate rooms dedicated to the serious weightlifter.  We provide chalk, heavy duty equipment and a hard core environment. With dumbbells that go to 160 lbs, we can challenge anyone!

One Intermediate Weight Lifting Room                                                                

This room is great for the new weight lifter.  It has everything you need to have a great workout and get all the intensity your will need.
